Epelcon Hospitality ("we", "us") operates hotels and a hospitality management platform. This policy explains what information we collect from guests and how we use it. You can reach us any time at info@craycastonhotelsandsuites.com.

2. What we collect

• Booking details: your name, contact information, government ID (for check-in), stay dates and preferences.
• Payment details: processed by our payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave). We never see or store your card number, PIN or CVV.
• Account information if you register — email, phone, password (hashed), your referral code, membership tier and reward points.
• Usage information: pages visited, actions taken, cookies for keeping you signed in.

3. How we use it

To confirm and manage your bookings, orders and experiences; to award loyalty points; to send booking, payment and review emails/SMS; to improve our service; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Who we share with

Only where necessary: payment processors, email/SMS providers (e.g. Termii), and — if you were referred through the Epelcon marketplace — the partner property involved. Any partner receiving your data is bound to keep it confidential.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to us. Legal or safety records (e.g. transaction history) may be retained where required.
